1. Agreement to Terms

2. SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive communications, you consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Your Financial Office.

Purpose: Messages may include appointment reminders, tax filing updates, and service notifications.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our phone number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.

Rates and Frequency: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.

3. Use of Information

You agree to abstain from any solicitation to this website or the company represented. You also agree to abstain from collecting any company contact information, including physical addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses for the purposes of solicitation.

4. Proprietary Rights

All content on this site is the property of Property Payment Systems, Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at our sole discretion. Your use of this site will be subject to the most current version of these terms at the time of such use.

6. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Please note that mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages sent through the Your Financial Office messaging program.

7. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website and to opt-in for our SMS messaging services. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
